Due to high demand the delivery time will take 1-2 weeks (for orders in United States, Australia, France & Russian Federation) and  2-5 weeks (for other countries) depending on which shipping process you choose (not including process time).

We are proud to offer international shipping services. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be from one of those countries we will contact you.

Customers should contact their local customs office for information concerning banned items in their countries. We are required by law to declare our shipments according to their actual content and value.  We cannot entertain requests to alter declaration values and/or content of shipments.  If for any reason your local customs authorities confiscate any items from your order, Iconsign is not responsible for reshipment or refund regarding the confiscated item(s).

If customers refuse a package due to customs issues, including refusal to pay customs tax or duties, failure to provide requested documents, or other related issues, we will not be responsible for any refund or reshipment of the refused package.

Placing an order is easy. Simply follow the steps below:

1. Browse the site and add items to your Shopping Bag. 
2. Go to your Shopping Bag. Make sure the number of items indicated in the "Quantity" field of each item is correct. If necessary, you can save items for later or delete items by clicking the corresponding links.
3. When you're ready to place your order, click the "Checkout" button.
4. Enter your shipping information. If you are a repeat customer, select one of your Shipping Addresses or create a new Shipping Address by selecting "Create a new profile" from the Address Book dropdown menu.
5. Select a Shipping Method and press "Continue."
6. Enter a coupon or promo code if you have one.
7. Select a Payment Method and enter your payment information (e.g., your credit card information and CVC) if necessary. If you are a repeat customer, select one of your credit card profiles or create a new profile by selecting "Create a new profile" from the dropdown menu. Press "Continue" when finished.
8. Review your order to make sure all the information is correct. Click the "Edit" button in the "Shopping Bag" section of checkout to edit the order.
9. Click the "Place Order" button in the "Order Confirmation" section to confirm your purchase. If you have any comments regarding your order, enter your comment in the "Your Comment" field before placing the order.
10. Once the order has successfully been placed, you will be given an order number. Make note of your order number for future reference.

All orders are processed at and shipped from our warehouses in the United States, Australia, Russian Federation, France and Hong Kong.

Returns are accepted if the product is damaged when received or if you are not happy with the quality of the product returns are accepted max a week after receiving your order. 

Cancellations are accepted only before the order is shipped. Once the order has been shipped you can cancel the order but have to pay for costs of returning the item. 

Refunds are only valid when products are: damaged upon delivery, were not delivered after 45days of purchase, or not delivered at all.

Partial refunds are valid if you are not satisfied with the product 1 week after receiving the product.

Yes. All our products are genuine and sourced from reputable suppliers

We do not offer refunds or returns in cases involving allergic reactions or adverse skin conditions due to products that we sell. As each person's skin can react differently to hair care products, we advise customers to carefully check product information or ingredient lists before purchasing. 

If you pay using your credit card directly on our website, your credit card will be charged upon approval of the total order amount. Prior to approval, your order is in the "Verification" or "On Hold" stage, during which you will not be charged. After approval, your credit card will be charged and the order will enter the "Processing" stage.

If you use a third-party payment platform, e.g., PayPal, your credit card may be charged at order placement or another time.

To change your payment method, please contact us before your order has been approved.

If your order has been approved and your credit card has been charged, your request to change payment methods cannot be processed.

IconSign is located in Hong Kong,Australia, Russian federation, United States and France and uses an international payment gateway for its credit card transactions. Some banks or credit card companies will charge transaction fees for international purchases, which will be reflected on your credit card statement as an extra charge. Please confirm with your bank or credit card company for details of their foreign transaction fees.

No, we only allow usage of one credit card when checking out. Also, if you are paying additional fees (e.g., if you change your shipping method and must pay extra), we must charge the same credit card that you used when you originally placed your order.

When placing separate orders, you are free to use a different credit card.
